One of the hardest decisions to make is to decide to put your pet down and end their suffering. The team at Loved Veterinary Service was so compassionate and caring. They helped us say good by to our dog in a peaceful and loving atmosphere at home. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and compassionate team in Dr. Hood, Holly, and the staff from the pet crematorium. We will always be grateful for the love you showed us and our dog, Beemo.

While I wish that the need for End of Life care didn’t exist, I will say that I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Everloved. The sheer amount of compassion and care that is given from that very first contact until the very last contact is AMAZING. This was my first time having to say goodbye to my beloved cat, Fayt, and I was so overwhelmed and lost at what to do. Julie answered the phone and immediately helped to calm my anxieties. She and Dr. Bowes are absolute angels and you can tell how passionate they are about bringing peace to not only you, but your furry child. They went above and beyond to fit me in between appointments so that Fayt did not have to suffer. I was anxious about taking too much time, but Dr. Bowes did not rush anything. She took the extra time to get to know Fayt, to get to know me, and she waited until I was ready before taking any step. What’s more, they personally bring your baby’s ashes back to you if you choose. Again, while I wish the need never came, I am so grateful for Everloved existing and allowing for this hard decision to be carried out in the comfort of your own home surrounded by loved ones. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is faced with having to say farewell to their fur babies.

My first contact with Everloved, was with Julie, who was so kind and empathetic over the phone as I cried telling her I needed to help Athena cross over. The following morning Dr. Stephanie Bowes arrived. She immediately connected with Athena, we then introduced all our fur babies, and each one gravitated to her (even my cranky old lady Sheba). Dr. Bowes explained the process, what to expect, and let us go at our own pace as we said our final goodbyes to Athena. I am forever grateful for her calming presence during one of the most difficult decisions I had to make for Athena. Julie, thank you for your warm smile and hug when you brought Athena back home to us. Dr. Bowes & Julie you both truly have a gift and the community is so lucky to have you. I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Stephanie and Holly for the compassion and care during one of the hardest moments of my life. The moment Dr. Stephanie stepped inside my home I felt her warm energy and knew immediately that my baby girl was going to be in the right hands. I really appreciated how within just a few moments of meeting each other, she had made me feel seen and heard and like we had always been friends and that she had always known my lil old lady Tila. It was the most peaceful process and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. <3

I cannot say enough kind and wonderful things about Loved. Choosing to say goodbye to your pet is nothing short of one of the biggest heartbreaks you will ever experience. Being able to give my dog Logan, and myself the gift of saying goodbye in our home was priceless. Dr. Stephanie is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met, she was like family sitting in our home and loving on Logan and talking with us during the process. From the minute I called and spoke with Holly (another extremely compassionate human), I knew this was the right choice. It is never easy to make the call, but through my sobbing, Holly was able to help me make a decision and set up an appointment. Dr. Stephanie gave us as much time as we needed and explained everything throughout her time with us. I cannot recommend this amazing business enough if you are faced with making the tough decision for your pet, while it is a tough one, these amazing and compassionate and loving people are the ones you want to lean on and trust.

I couldn’t thank Dr. Stephanie enough for her kindness and for helping our sweet boy pass peacefully. Chelsea and Holly were also amazing as well. We’ve never had an animal pass or had to have one euthanized so this was all new for us and the whole team took care of us and got us in the same day. Dr. Stephanie took the time to explain everything to us, just talk with us and let us go at our own pace. Thank you again to the whole team at Loved Vet!

The hardest part about the decision to put our precious 18-year-old dog down was second-guessing whether it was time or whether we should wait. It was agonizing. Dr. Stephanie Bowes (Lakeland, FL) was amazing. When she came to our home, she was patient and genuinely empathetic. We discussed our dog's health conditions, behavior, mood, and little details about how all that had changed and declined over time. She was not condescending, and she did not spout worn-out platitudes to make us feel better. She gave us real, practical, and objective medical explanations and insights that gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. She also explained the process of euthanasia so that we were not concerned about our dog suffering. She was gentle with our dog, who responded well to her, which is saying something because our dog had grown progressively grumpy as she aged and did not take well to strangers. Dr. Bowes gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. When it was over, she sat with us quietly and respectfully until we were ready for her to take our dog. The cremains container with the custom plaque with what we wanted on it, the paw and nose prints, and the tuft of hair we received later were also very comforting. We cannot say enough good things about what a wonderful service Dr. Bowes and loved.vet provided.

I was so fortunate that my veterinarian, Dr. Melissa Hood of Orchid Springs Animal Hospital, works for Loved Veterinary Services every Monday. My Baby Mia, unfortunately, was in need of this service. She is a beautiful, 15 year old, 9 pound, Yorkie Bichon. I contacted Loved Veterinary on Saturday, 10/18/2025. Holly promptly returned my call. She was the most compassionate representative the service could have. The service was explained very well and I received several emails from them making the process as pain free as possible. I scheduled Dr. Hood to come to our home for Mia on Monday, 10/20/2025. As you can understand, this was a very difficult decision and a very difficult day for my husband and I. Dr. Hood was so compassionate with Mia. She was so much more to us than Mia's doctor, she was our friend. When Mia passed, Dr. Hood gently placed her in a blanket covered basket and wrapped her up to transport her back to the to the company. Mia had her two favorite toys to take with her and a few religious articles I wanted to be with her. I was contacted by Holly on 10/28/2025 that Mia was ready to come home. Holly personally brought Mia back to our home on Wednesday, 10/29/2025. We have a beautiful engraved urn, the most precious little footprint of Mia, and a lock of her hair as our memorial for her. As hard as this situation was for us, I can not speak more highly of Holly and Dr. Hood for taking such wonderful care of Mia and us. Our heartfelt thank you goes out to them.

After making such a heart wrenching decision to let our Lady Bug go, it was truly uplifting to have a veterinarian as caring and compassionate as Dr Bowes to guide us through. She turned a painful and emotional day into a bearable one. Thank you to everyone at Loved Veterinary Services, you are all amazing.
